MurLarkey Distilled Spirits received prestigious awards for the second year in a row at American Distilling Institute’s 12th Annual Judging of Craft Spirits event. The 2018 judges awarded a silver medal to MurLarkey’s Imagination Gin and bronze to the blended Heritage Old Country Whiskey.
The Annual Judging of Craft Spirits competition reviews U.S. and international craft spirits from small, independently owned distillers, blenders, bitters makers as well as producers of aperitif and fortified wines. Each spirit is evaluated by distillers, bartenders, journalists, wholesalers and other spirit professionals through a blind taste test.
The all-natural and certified gluten-free Imagination Gin is handcrafted with MurLarkey’s signature blend of 12 distinct fresh-cut botanicals. The award-winning libation is best served with a splash of gin or on the rocks.
Winning bronze was the distillery’s liquid tribute to Ireland. The gluten-free Heritage Old Country Whiskey is an Irish whiskey alternative crafted with a corn, rye and barley mash and finished in wine casks. In addition to its premium ingredients, judges were particularly impressed by the whiskey’s fragrant nose. Heritage can be enjoyed on the rocks or neat with a touch of water.

At the 2017 event, MurLarkey took home gold with its Divine Clarity Vodka as well as an additional four bronze medals.
