“The Inn at Little Washington: A Delicious New Documentary,” which takes viewers inside the fascinating world of Chef Patrick O’Connell, aired Tuesday, March 10 on PBS.
From Emmy and Peabody Award-winning SHOW OF FORCE, and in association with Virginia’s Home for Public Media (VPM) and Spike Mendelsohn, the documentary will follow both the front and back of the house as the chef and his team celebrate their 40th year in business at The Inn at Little Washington while chasing the ultimate accolade, a third Michelin star.
Over the course of one year, cameras captured it all, and tell the behind-the-scenes tale of “a self-taught chef who started with nothing, and who overcame a decades-long feud with a fiercely conservative rural town to create one of the most renowned restaurants in America.”
The documentary is currently available to watch online at PBS.org
