Missouri-based WellBeing Brewing Company will make its way to the East Coast. The non-alcoholic craft brewery recently announced plans to expand its production to New Realm Brewing in Virginia Beach.
“Our biggest opportunity has been keeping up with consumer demand,” said WellBeing co-founder Jeff Stevens in a statement. “We are enthusiastic to have found a partnership with a world-class, award-winning team such as New Realm Brewing. This partnership allows us to increase capacity as well as launch new styles in 2021 and beyond.”
WellBeing expects to begin production at New Realm in March, using its unique vacuum distillation method to de-alcoholize the beer after it’s brewed and fermented. This process retains more of the characteristics and flavor alcoholic beer, while producing a non-alcoholic product.
